HESI IVGT Workshop at EMS 2007: “”On-Going Initiatives in Genetic Toxicology Testing and Risk Assessment”

The HESI Emerging Issues Subcommittee on the Relevance and Follow-up of Positive Results in In Vitro Genetic Toxicity (IVGT) Testing co-sponsored a workshop at the 2007 EMS Annual Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia entitled "On-Going Initiatives in Genetic Toxicology Testing and Risk Assessment.” The workshop covered a number of ongoing regulatory and multi-stakeholder initiatives in genotoxicity assessment, including the HESI IVGT Subcommittee. Bhaskar Gollapudi (The Dow Chemical Company), co-chair of the HESI IVGT Subcommittee, chaired the workshop and presented information on behalf of the HESI subcommittee. For the full workshop agenda, click here.
