International Bioinformatics Workshop

The purpose of the workshop is to evaluate the current methodologies used for identifying similarities to known allergens and toxins. This workshop is a part of the committee’s broader activities that are focused on advancing the scientific understanding of the relevant parameters for characterizing the allergenic potential of novel proteins and biotechnology products.  The primary deliverable from this workshop will be a comprehensive manuscript that will summarize the discussions and key findings from the workshop.
